Objective: select the Bill payment option and choose a category
Reason: I can settle my bills directly from the SaFi account

Categories have to be mapped to the new Paynamics API

Each category has its own icon
Process flow:
Pay bill flow initiated
Provider categories listed
Providers in category listed
Execution steps:
User taps on “Pay bill” on the Shortcuts panel or the Payments screen
User is navigated to a screen, where the category of providers (bill merchants) are listed
After selecting a category, the user is presented with the providers of the category

Acceptance criteria:
The “Pay bill” option can be added by the user to the shortcuts menu on the main dashboard and can be selected
The “Pay bill” option must be displayed on the Payments screen (displayed on top of the page without the need to scroll down)
User can choose a category of providers (bill merchants) displayed as a list on the next screen.
Each category has its own icon
