Role: BOFE user (see access matrix)
Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to lock/unlock pocket for customer
Reason: in order to help customer if he/she is not able to do it for himself
Functional requirements:
Locking pocket
Lock pocket button (switch) in pockets page status section.
Lock status can be set.
Auto-renew can be set.
Upon clicking on submit button, the ticket id has to be provided. Subject to maker-checker process.
Pocket unlocking
If the pocket is locked, clicking the unlock pocket button (switch), and submit button, modal will be displayed with this warning:
This AlkanSafe is locked.
The customer has made ₱ 0.00
so far. The amount will be lost if AlkanSafe is unlocked now and only ₱ 0.00
will be transfered to their main account.
If you want to continue unlocking the AlkanSafe you need to enter the ticket number associated with the request.
Subject to maker-checker process.
Acceptance Criteria: Locking pocket has options to set duration and auto-renew. Unlocking pocket will display modal with possible interest to be discarded warning. Subject to maker-checker process.
