Role: User
Objective: want to send money from my bank account and choose “Over-the-Counter” option
Reason: so that I can withdraw money (cash) from my SaFi bank account at the cashier
Functional requirements:
Users should be able to initiate money withdrawal via cash-out and take money out at selected cashiers.
UI requirements:
Cash-out option is displayed on the Payments screen - on the top of the screen
Cash-out option can be displayed in the shortcuts menu
Process flow:
User is on “Payments” screen
User taps on “Cash-out”
