Objective: want to be notified when an OTC Transaction (cash-in or cash-out) changes its status from “Pending” to “Failed”,

Reason: so that I know that the transaction was not approved by SaFi and not processed correctly

Functional requirements:

• We need to send the user notification about failed transactions

Process flow:

Output manager

Execution steps:

1. User initiates an OTC cash-in or cash-out transaction

2. Transaction fails

3. User receives push notification

Acceptance criteria:

• The user is notified through push notification about the change of the transaction status to “Failed”

• The text is to be specified, but at the moment we can use “The Cash-out transaction failed.”
