Role: User

Objective: want to be notified when a Transaction (except OTC) changes its status from “In Process” to “Failed”,

Reason: so that I know that the transaction was not approved by SaFi and not processed correctly.

Functional requirements:

  • We need to send the user notification about failed transactions

UI requirements: -

Process flow:

Output manager

Execution steps:

  1. User initiates a transaction other than OTC cash-in or cash-out

  2. Transaction fails

  3. User receives push notification

Acceptance criteria:

  • The user is notified through push notification about the change of the transaction status to “Failed”

  • The text is to be specified, but at the moment we can use “The Bill Payment for the insurance failed.”
