SaFi Bank Space : 🟢 Epic: Transfer Money between intrabank accounts (MVP)

This epic is related to outstanding tickets on intrabank flow between SaFi app users, which have been de-scoped from EPFS build but still in MVP

User should be able to give permission to SaFi app to access the phone contact list also second time (if he denies it the first time by mistake).

Execution steps:

1. User selects the “Send” option on Payments page and then “SaFi bank”
2. On the switcher “Phone number” is selected
3. User will select the contact icon
4. The device will ask him for permission to access the contact list
5. User will deny the permission by mistake at the first prompt
6. User should receive another prompt to grant permission to SaFi app to access the phone contact list
7. When attempting a second time a native dialogue appears with a step-by-step guide and a single button, which navigates user to the settings
8. User can also input the Account number manually, so we need to validate this input (10 digits, divided by 11)
