The Operational Risk Management Framework has been approved by the SaFi Bank Sr. Management Team on October 04, 2022 and will take effect on October 07, 2022.
The main provisions of the ORM Framework provides for the following;
Information on the Operational Risk Management Cycle
Establishes the “Three Lines of Defense” and their responsibilities
Discusses the Operational Risk principles of the Bank
Assist the Bank in identification, assessment, control & mitigation, reporting and monitoring of Operational Risks.
The ORM Framework promotes one of SaFi Bank’s values, “Security”, ensuring that our processes are well designed and effective controls are in place.
