We discussed about the new horizontal chapters to track some common tech areas.Note that the new common chapter will be responsible for the rest of tech area besides the others. And we will create new one / cancel existing one based on how it goes. Here is the start point list for the current chapters.

Genesys Solution Update
Audit Log sync
We decide to use WebSocket on BOFE to sync data from Genesys. More details could refer to Logging communication from Genesys
Recording data store
We could use Genesys Java SDK to retrieve data and use Cron Job / workflow to tigger the retrieval
Mobile Chat
Still need to confirm what should be the right way to communicate with Genesys. There are two potential solutions for this : Web Messaging and Open Messaging. More details on this: https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/
