see a concise/not-too-long reference number for every transaction

Reason:

so that I can easily identify any transaction and provide details when contacting customer support.

Functional requirements:

Currently used UUID will be shorten to last 8 symbols which will be displayed to the user.

for each transaction, we will display only the last 8 digits/symbols of the current UUID
The customer-facing ID is displayed to the user in the following places:
- on the top part of the transaction Confirmation/Status screen under the amount field
- In the push notifications related to that transaction
- on the top part of the transaction detail screen under the amount field
