Objective:
The client can report a loss of a specific card
Reason:
The client must be able to report a loss for the selected card; this process will require some security verification process supported by a security SMS code. Service Desk will get an automatic notification about this client activity/ticket will be created. The ticket will get a high priority. A copy of this ticket will be delivered to the client’s email address stored in Contact information. A lost card will automatically imply the permanent blocking of the selected card. The new card can be re-issued. There is no option to re-enable the card which was reported as lost.
