Background
There was a selection between 2 different approaches:
all at once with Salesforce that offers not just analytical CRM but a whole back office/ front office stack
system just for analytical CRM
There was the decision not to go with SF (architecture obstacles, price).
There were two options https://www.meiro.io/ or https://www.merkleinc.com/
The winner is Meiro, which offers analytical CRM, the Merkle offers knowledge and their approach was to build the analytical CRM from available tools on the market (combine several tools )
