Journey from PROSPECT to an ACTIVE customer of the bank.

The responsibility of Onboarding flow is to guide the customer through the necessary screens to collect all relevant information required to assess whether customer is eligible to become ACTIVE or they will be DENIED onboarding.

The gathered information should be stored in the SoT for customer data - customer-service.

Orchestrating the App

The app flow is showing screens in succession. These screens are divided into sections. The flow of the sections will be orchestrated by a Workflow engine to provide:

  • flexibility of changing the section order, or skipping section based on business rules

  • visibility to the individual processes

Current sections are:

  • Sign up (phone verification, password setup)

  • ID verification (+ Liveness)

  • Additional information

After logging in, the customer is able to resume the onboarding flow where they left off.
