Objective: The main account is activated.
Reason: Activation is required for enabling other functionalities, e.g. outgoing transactions.
Functional requirements:
The account state is changed to active.
The account state can be changed to active by one of the following actions assuming received amount is higher that subscription fee:
account is credited
customers take a loan
Acceptance criteria:
Outgoing transactions (and other functionalities) are now enabled.
