SaFi Bank Space : 🗨️ Get notified about reaching the goal on the locked pocket

Role: Customer

Objective: Notify the customer that he has reached his goal on the locked pocket.

Reason: The customer needs to know when his needs have been fulfilled.

Functional requirements:

• When the goal on the unlocked pocket is reached, the customer will get a notification that he has reached a goal.

• The text message depends if the auto-renewal is set up:

  • If yes, the text will be “The goal on <pocket`s name> has been reached and pocket was automatically renewed.”

  • If no, the text will be “The goal on <pocket`s name> has been reached and pocked was unlocked.”

  • Please note that the text messages will change in the future.

• There is no final text for this phrase, but we can stick with “The goal of <amount> on the locked pocket <pocket`s name> has been reached.“ for now.

Acceptance criteria:

• When the goal is reached, the customer is notified through push notification.

• If the goal is reached when the customer is in the app, he won`t get any push notification.

• There is a different text for autorenewal than for simple closing.
