Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to see customer overview, so that I can better help the customer.
Reason: Ability to see customer products, usage and any other info that can make the customer experience better.
Tickets tile:
Number of open tickets for this particular customer
Upon click on header with chevron, redirect to Tickets
Green dot = no tickets open, otherwise red dot
Acceptance criteria: Correct number of tickets for that customer nad redirect to tickets page upon click on tile header.
