Role: BOFE user (access matrix).

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to change card status, so I can permanently block cards for customers.

Reason: BOFE user can get priority ticket of stolen card and will have to block card immediately.

Functional requirements:

BOFE user can edit card status and initiate card blocking.

This is permanent action and new card has to be requested.

When submitting the changes by pressing the submit button, confirmation modal will appear with ticket number input, as this change is subject to maker-checker process.

Acceptance criteria: When changing the card status, user can block the card. Upon submitting this status change, modal with ticket number input will be displayed, as this change is subject to maker-checker process. When approved, the card will be permanently blocked.
