As a Bank User(CC agent) I want to able to get approval form the calling customer so that I can take agreed action
Role: Bank User
Objective: Get approval from calling customer
Reason: Perform agreed action
Functional requirements:
Pop up data verification. e.g change address, assumption the CC agent and customer are already on the call and both identities have been confirmed (depending on the way the communication initiated in the first place- Customer initiated the call or Bank User (CC agent) initiated the call.
Customer approves through notification received by the banks that certain action will be taken by calling agent
