Objective:

The fraud Management system can lock the existing card

Reason:

The Fraud Management system can based on internal analytics, lock the existing virtual or physical card. In such a case, the client must be notified by SMS and push notifications. SaFi app must present in clear form the key reason(s) why the card was locked. The client must be able by a simple click to contact the Service Desk for support.
