Choose Tone of Voice

User story: As a customer I want to choose my preferred Tone of Voice used in the app at the beginning of the onboarding flow so that I can feel appropriately addressed by the app.
Role: The Customer
Objective: Indication of the preferred tone of voice used in the app
Reason: To communicate with the Customer in a preferable way
Functional requirements:
Onboarding:
The Customer chooses between formal and friendly copy used in the application
The friendly option is the default one
The choice is saved
the saved tone of voice is used once the app is relaunched again
Onboarded customer:
After login, the app’s tone of voice will be based on the saved tone of voice
Under the customer profile, there is an option to change the tone of voice
Once changed, the app’s copy will be changed
2 tones of voice are available for both English and Taglish mutations of the app.
