Role: BOFE user (see access matrix)
Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to be able to create new ticket in Jira
Reason: so I can raise any issue, concern, dispute, complaint on behalf of customer
Functional requirements:
There will be an option directly in BOFE to create a ticket. Upon choosing this option, the user will be redirected to the ticketing system, where he/she can create a ticket.
Customer id will be passed to the new ticket and BOFE user will fill in primary and secondary ticket dispositions and any additional notes or attachments

Acceptance criteria: BOFE user can click on creating ticket button and will be redirected to Jira in new tab with pre-filled customer id and can fill in the necessary ticket information.
