Role: BOFE user (see access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to see customer overview, so that I can better help the customer.

Reason: Ability to see customer products, usage and any other info that can make his experience better.

Personal loan

• Header with chevron click to redirect to Personal Loans

• Green light = active loan, otherwise yellow

• Balance (to be repaid)

• Available (pre-approved) loan amount

Overdraft

• Header with chevron click to redirect to Overdraft

• Green light = active overdraft, otherwise yellow

• Balance (to be repaid)

• Available (pre-approved) overdraft amount

Atome (not yet available)

• Header with chevron

• Green light = active BNPL, otherwise yellow

• Balance (to be repaid)

• Available (pre-approved) Atome amount
