SaFi Bank Space : Customer Subscription - change plan

Role: BOFE user (access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to edit subscription plan for customer, so he/she can benefit from the most convenient setup.

Design requirements:

In the Customer Profile view, display subscription modal overview with plan comparison and highlighted current usage, which can be chosen.

Functional requirements: 

• Display Subscription overview modal in the Customer Profile page

• If the subscription change is already scheduled, disable the change action

• Click on subscription change and pick relevant plan in the overview modal

• Add ticket number (subject to the maker-checker process) and confirm subscription change

Acceptance criteria:

If subscription is not scheduled to be changed, click on Change subscription button. Pick relevant subscription package, add ticket number and submit. If the subscription change is scheduled, disable the change action is disabled.
