SM-702 - Delivery Tracking for Physical Card Done

Objective:
The client can see the stage of the delivery process for a physical card
Reason:
The client will get an updated view of the actual delivery process for the physical card ordered via the mobile app. The customer selected the delivery company: Ninjavan or GoGoExpress. External API integration is required. There must be visible information about the estimated delivery date. There must be an option to create a ticket for the Service Desk in case the delivery company does not achieve the predefined delivery date.

Acceptance criteria:
