Role: SaFi Administrator/Engineer
Objective: Change how many operations are in each subscription plan.
Reason: We need to stay agile as there may be a lot of changes based on the user/marker feedback on the product.
Functional requirements:
Plans will be configurable through the config file.
When there are any changes made, they are applied immediately to all existing accounts.
If we decrease the number of transactions in the plan, we do not retrospectively charge any fees for already finished transactions.
Acceptance criteria:
All changes will be applied immediately.
