It will be 4 steps process:

Setup Google account using your corporate email if you have not done so.

Accept your email invitation using your Android device.
Follow steps to complete setup, Allow trust Firebase app distribution.
Download the app and install.

5. Install App Tester on Android (Optional)
Click download button on bottom right of screen and install it after downloaded.

5.1 Sign in with your tester email that already registered in the App Tester.

iOS

It will be 5 steps process using your APPLEID (NOT vacuumlabs email most likely):

You will get invitation as employee of neuroncredit (safibank), please accept the invitation.
Then only admin can add you to Testflight program apple, admin can only do this after you accept the invitation.
You need to install Testflight from app store.
Redeem the code in the email from Testflight by using the Testflight app installed in the previous step.
