Infobip is one of the chosen providers to be used to send out SMS, Viber and email messages to our customers.
Our unique URL (for the trial account) is jdv964.api.infobip.com
More detailed login details are in SM-4124. API credentials are also stored in Hashicorp Vault.
We don’t have access currently to the webUI.

SMS messages are delivered immediately to Europe. In some cases they are delayed by 30 minutes to the Philippines. We’re building monitoring pipelines to remediate this.

The gateway is not implemented. It is most likely that the backoffice’s Genesys deployment will connect directly with Viber
