As a Customer I want to able access the app while offline so that I can use the app and information in it
Role: Customer
Objective: Allow customer to access the app when they are offline
Reason: to get the access to the app and use information in it
Functional requirements:
Customer is offline - perform user authentication without internet connection
Registered Customer can use registered credentials and device biometrics to access the app while offline
Users can use the Offline Login option of the App to perform user authentication when internet access is not available.
Inform Customers of their current state and of changes in states - Notify the customer when the app detects low or unavailable network conditions that customer is in offline mode.
When the app detects low or unavailable network conditions, do not show error message
