Goals

  1. Give a brief overview of the current balance

  2. Show functions that are used on a daily basis

  3. Educate users on how they can further use the app

  4. Upsell - promote other features which make more money for SaFi

Structure

The structure should reflect the goals mentioned above, therefore the structure of the dashboard screen is:

  1. Current balance overview

  2. Engagement widget

  3. Widgets for currently used products

  4. Promotional widgets

  5. Promo for unused products

  6. Other

1. Current balance overview

  • The customer can see his current balance.

    • The customer can access a balance overview from the current balance.

  • Overdraft?

2. Engagement widget

The engagement widget is made of suggested actions that should show additional features of the bank and motivate them to use. To not overwhelm the customer, there should be maximally 3 different suggestions. Each suggestion should link to the relevant screen in the mobile application.

First three suggested actions

First three suggested actions will be tied to the rewards. There will be:

  1. Secure password

  2. Subscribe to plan

  3. Top up account >500P

When these actions are fulfilled, the client is informed and rewarded according to the specification (done by Engagement).

Additional suggested actions

The actions are defined according to the priority list. When suggested action is performed, it is removed from the list and additional one from the priority list will be added. The first three actions will be interconnected with the Missions for Engagement.

The customers will have the option to close the suggestion. In that case, it won`t show for another 2 weeks.

Priority list:

  1. Refer a friend

  2. Create virtual card

  3. Create an unlocked pocket

  4. Take overdraft

  5. Order physical card

  6. Create a locked pocket

  7. Discover loans

  8. Try BNPL

3. Widgets for currently used products

According to the UX research, people would like to see an overview of the products they are using.

There are 4 possible product which may have their own widgets:

  1. Pockets

  2. Overdraft

  3. Loans

  4. BNPL

If any of these products is used, there will be visible widget for that.

What to show

Pockets

  • Interest earned this month

  • If any pocket is approaching target date/amount, show progress (only X days left vs only X amount left)

Overdrafts

  • overdraft balance

  • how much was taken (progress bar) + how much can be taken additionally (progress bar)

  • show time for repayment

Personal Loans

  • loans balance

  • how much was repayed

BNPL

  • pre-approved limit (progress bar)

  • how much the customer owe

4. Promotional widgets

Place for SaFi to promote anything they would like to, e.g. some marketing campaigns, in the future cashbacks, BNPL deals, …

5. Promo for unused products

Each product, which is not used by the customer would get one widget calling to explore given feature
