Background
We needed to resolve which service would generate the OTP password. We had three options.

Use services that offer by our SMS provider (Infobep)
use Foregrock (used for customer authorization/authentification)
Decision
The decision was to use ForgeRock
Jago uses ForgeRock for OTP generation
Developing it would take a long time and potentially would bring some security.y concerns
