SaFi Bank Space : Open Jira from BOFE

Role: BOFE user (see access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to be able to open Jira ticketing system from the BOFE application.

Reason: To see all notes and ticket history and use all the advanced Jira features.

Functional requirements:

When clicking on particular Jira task displayed in BOFE, BOFE user will be redirected to Jira in a new tab, so he can work on with the ticket as needed.

Acceptance criteria: BOFE user is able to click on Jira ticket displayed in BOFE and being redirected to Jira ticketing system and that particular ticket.
