Role: BOFE user (see access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to see the customer overdraft balance and overdraft history.

Reason: Have a detailed information on customer’s overdraft product in order to provide full support to customer.

Primary info

• Pre-approved (amount)

• To be paid (amount)

Summary

• Amount approved

• Amount taken (₱ 999.00)

• Paid within the first month (₱ 0.00)

• Paid within the second month (Extension fee) (₱ 100.00)

• Paid after two months (0.06% monthly interest)

Status

• Status

• Date taken

• Current fee

• Grace period expiration date (Dec - 16 - 2022)

• Grace period (21 days remaining)

Overdraft list of payment views

Payments list info:

• Date

• Status (if successfully executed or not)

• Description

• Amount

• Balance

List of payments will be sortable and filterable on date, status, description and amount.
