Functional requirements:
during onboarding the Customer has to claim they are not
listed in the PEP list
US citizens or permanent residents
this information is stored under their customer profile together with timestamp when the customer made this statement = when that particular check-box was ticked during onboarding
UI requirements: put as a statement, which is to be agreed with when proceeding in the flow, include links to explanatory pop-ups

Execution steps: once the Customer proceeds in onboarding to the next screen, BE is called to store 2 flags in the Customer profile
