Top-up via EWallet	initiated in app need to redirect customer to an outside page to authorize transfer
Top-up via OTC (Cash-In)	initiated in app expires after a few days from initial request
Intrabank Transfer	transfer from SaFi account to SaFi account
Pocket Transfer	transfer from main account to pocket
Interbank Transfer via Instapay (Immediate transfer)	initiated in app outgoing transfer to other banks/ewallets expectation is that the transfer completes after a couple of minutes
Interbank Transfer via Pesonet (Up to next day transfer)	initiated in app outgoing transfer to other banks/ewallets same day transfer if transaction is before 3pm, otherwise it is completed the next day
OTC Withdrawal (Cash-out)	initiated in app expires after a few days from initial request
Bill Payment	initiated in app payment completion does not need to be done immediately
Airtime Load	initiated in app customer is buying a digital good so expectation is that they receive confirmation if the payment is successful asap
Digipay Top-up	initiated in the merchant store the customer has already paid for the transaction over the counter, so we need to complete the transaction asap
Inbound Instapay Transfer	initiated by other banks need a quick reply since expectation is that the transfer completes after a couple of minutes
Inbound Pesonet Transfer	initiated by other banks
