SaFi Bank Space : Set up fees for transactions outside plan

Role: System

Objective: When the transaction is outside the plan, we need to store what fee will be charged.

Acceptance criteria:

• All fees are set up in the system correctly.

• If we don’t know the exact amount yet, use the highest value from the range.

• These fees must be configurable - every engineer in the squad should be able to edit them.
