Role: BOFE user (see access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to be able to see all active tickets assigned to me in Jira

Reason: so I can search, filter and work with tickets directly in Jira

Functional requirements:

Upon clicking on opening all tickets button, user will be redirected to Jira ticketing system where all his tickets are displayed and can be further searched, filtered directly in Jira.

External dependencies: Dependent on Jira vendor and system integrator for Jira - Unicorn.

Acceptance criteria: BOFE user can click on showing all tickets button and will be redirected to Jira in new tab where he/she can see all relevant tickets.
