Bill Payments
Both ECPay and Paynamics require us to maintain a wallet with a balance, which they automatically deduct the amount + fee from when the bill payment succeeds. Insufficient funds in the wallet will result in failed transactions.

ECPay Test Accounts
Usage: Use the exact values and amounts that are in each row (e.g. if the row says balance is 10 then use exactly 10 as the amount). There seems to be a limit to the number of times a test account can be used per day, so if a test account fails, move on to another account.
Interbank Transfers
Due to paynamics' sandbox setup, expect a wait time of up to 10 minutes or more before receiving a final status update.
