Objective: want to send money from my bank account and choose “Other bank” option
Reason: so that I can withdraw money from my SaFi bank account to another bank account outside of SaFi bank

Users should be able to initiate money transaction to other banks and transfer money to their preferred bank accounts.
UI requirements:
The logo of BDO should be displayed next to the “Other Bank” option.
