At the time of handover 24-11-2022, the below Collection requirements were analysed and prioritised for after MVP phase, thus not included in the handover package as deliverable.

As per request, the following need to be considered in the implementation of the collection processes for Overdraft and Personal Loans:

  1. Display up-to-date Personal Loan and Overdraft information in the Loxon FE:

    1. current product data for all live loan products (not yet repaid, regardless is they are delinquent or not)

      1. Visualize the Repayment plan: past repayments and their status, future repayments. Each repayment should show the detailed structured split between

        • interest, principal,

        • due and overdue amount,

        • penalty amounts

      2. In case of overdue products, the tool should display DPD count per product.

    2. product history, which included also older loan product information and “closed” status

  2. Display up-to-date Customer information

    1. As defined and requested by Collection Agents

    2. Including main accounts balances and other active bank products with their status and balance

    3. on client level, the collection agent should be able to see the client notification history.

  3. Automatically trigger the late fee application for Personal loans:

    1. fee amount or % will be setup in the Product Recommendation Table

    2. it will be posted on the personal loan account after the planned instalment is not fully covered during the repayment period

  4. Trigger customer reminders for the loan payments

    1. as defined here:Collections Phases

    2. These reminders are sent to client before the scheduled payment

    3. They can be defined as SMS, Push or Viber messages, containing information about the next due date and amount.

    4. these reminders are sent even if the client is not in delinquency, as a precaution and to avoid future delinquencies.

  5. Trigger customer notifications for late loan payments

    1. as defined here: Collections Phases

    2. This is defined in the early or late collection phases where more notification channels can be used, including alls, IVMR, Emails, additional to the Email/Push/Viber notifications.

    3. these notifications are sent to already late/delinquent accounts and the goal is to resolve the problem and share the ways of doing so with the client.

  6. Count and display the DPD to the Collection Agent

    1. as defined here: DPD
