The platform for the Agents to initiate Video calls with the client. The App is expected to contain the SDK which provides the counterpart functionality for the client to facilitate the video calls.

Intended to be used when the Customer onboarding application requires manual review and hence a video call with the customer to verify additional details.

  • if the callback (webhook) fails there will be no way how to receive the data from the webhook

  • consequence: the customer will not be notified about the scheduled VKYC call, SaFi backend will have no data about the call, and the VKYC agent will wait on the call alone
