Role: BOFE user (access matrix)
Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to see ordered card delivery status, so I can inform customer about the progress.
Reason: In order to help the customer with card inquiries, all relevant delivery steps needs to be logged.
Functional requirements:
Delivery history view as part of the Ordered card details view
Card delivery status logged with additional timestamp, title and description.
Card delivery status | Title | Description |

ORDER_CREATED | Order created | The new card was ordered |
PENDING_PICKUP | Ready for pickup | The card is ready to be picked up by courier |
ON_COURIER | With the courier | The courier has picked up your card |
CANCELLING | Cancelling | The card order is being cancelled |
CANCELLED | Cancelled | The card order was cancelled |
COMPLETED | Completed | The card was delivered by the courier |
RETURN_TO_SENDER | Returned to sender | The card was sent back to sender after repeated failed deliveries |
Acceptance criteria: each delivery status change will be displayed in the card delivery history view, with corresponding timestamp, title and description.
