SaFi Bank Space : Cards transaction history view

Role: BOFE user (access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to see a list of transactions of particular card, so I can assist with inquiries.

Reason: In order to help the customer with card inquiries all transaction should be present with information about payments and provide more information to the customer or take action in case of dispute.

Functional requirements:

List of transactions with following information:

• date of transaction

• transaction id

• status (e.g. successful)

• description

• beneficiary

• amount (credit / debit)

• balance

Each transaction should will have “more” button to trigger additional actions:

• Card - filling a dispute / chargeback

Including pagination with preferred amount of transactions to be displayed (5,10,20).

Card transactions will have filter available: Card transactions search

Acceptance criteria: List of all card transactions with correct information, pagination, and button to trigger additional actions on each transaction.
