Alternative communication scripts for non call based interaction with the customer.
Collections shall utilized alternative means aside from calling to inform and get in touch with the client in the different stages of delinquency.
These communication scripts shall be set into the collections systems and triggered by either; Account delinquency level (DPD), Customer actions (PTP,RTP, No answer,) Collections systems tagging by the collections representatives (PTP, RTP, Program)
