SaFi Bank Space : Customer Subscription - waive

Role: BOFE user (access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to waive subscription fee for customer that is not content with provided services.

Functional requirements:

Clicking the option waive fee and providing valid ticket number (subject to maker-checker process) will trigger the subscription fee waive for the current cycle (cannot waive previous or future ones) and customer will be credited the money he/she has paid for the latest subscription package.

Acceptance criteria:

Upon clicking the waive fee button and successful maker-checker process, customer will be credited money he/she has paid for the latest subscription package.
