SaFi Bank Space : Document history view

Role: BOFE user (see access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to see who uploaded what document and when.

Reason: Uploading documents will be logged and in case I want to see who uploaded what document and when, I can refer to the audit log.

On documents page, below the documents list, audit log view will be displayed with document changes, see Documents list view and History (audit log) view implementation for more details.

Acceptance criteria: Each document upload will be logged and present in the history (audit log) view.
