Collections shall allow notification originating from a 3rd pty (EXA) provided certain rules are observed. and such notification’s are approved by the bank.

Process;

  1. Prior to initiating notifications the EXA should

    1. Send the list of scripts to sent out

      1. To be approved by;

        1. Compliance

        2. Marketing

        3. Risk/Collections.

b. EXA shall log all communication sent each assigned account in the AOR
