Role: User

Objective: want to select a bank from the list,

Reason: so that I can send money to a beneficiary with another bank account than SaFi account.

Functional requirements:

The following banks should be available in the list from Day 1:

  • BDO Unibank Inc.

  • Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company

  • Bank of the Philippine Islands

  • Land Bank of the Philippines

  • Philippine National Bank

UI requirements:

  • Add a “Suggested” section on top, where the top picked banks are listed next to each other on bigger tiles.

  • Add a search bar under the “Suggested” section

  • Display the logos of the mentioned banks in the list.

  • The list should be separated by letters

Execution steps:

  1. User taps on “Receiver’s bank” on “Send to” screen

  2. “Select bank” panel is displayed

  3. User selects a bank

  4. “Send to“ screen is displayed with the selected bank filled in the “Select Bank” button

  1. User taps on “Receiver’s bank” on “Send to” screen

  3. User searches for a bank by name

Acceptance criteria:

  • a suggested list of banks is provided to the user, based on the most commonly used banks by all SaFi users (contains the name of the bank and its logo). From Day 1 this is the list of banks to be displayed:

    • BDO Unibank Inc.

    • Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company

    • Bank of the Philippine Islands

    • Land Bank of the Philippines

    • Philippine National Bank

  • a list of all banks is provided to the user in alphabetical order

  • there is a search bar available to the user to find a specific bank

  • once User picks a bank from the list, it’s name will be prepopulated
