SaFi Bank Space : Account details view

Role: BOFE user (see access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to see account details for a particular customer upon clicking on the account

Reason: To have a detailed information on customer’s account in order to provide full support to customer and be able to make necessary changes on the account.

Functional requirements: Account details that should be displayed upon clicking on account (menu item) in BOFE:

Main account

the following attributes should be displayed in account details view:

Account information

• Status

• Account name

• Account number

• Account ID

• Created at

• Updated at

• Interest rate

• Gained interest

Transactions

Transaction (history) view

Account status

• User can see status of the account (active, frozen, blocked)

Main account edit (part of separate user stories)

Actions, subject to the maker-checker process

• change account name Accounts editing

• to see option to block / unblock the account Account blocking/unblocking

• to see option to block / unblock the particular amount on account Amount blocking/unblocking

Main account detailed page with transactions overview and ability to change account name, block/unblock account and particular amount.
