Role: BOFE user (see access matrix)
Objective: As a BOFE agent, I want to see upsell or cross-sell opportunities, so I can inform customer and in case of interest, activate the product.
Reason: To offer and and sell relevant products directly during the call with customer.

Sales page, where products can be configured for the particular customer.
Functional requirements:
Get upsell, cross-sell opportunities form Meiro Meiro CDP and display in relevant places in BOFE:
Get product settings tailored for the customer form Product Recommendation Manager: https://product-recommendation-manager.apps.dev.safibank.online/swagger/views/swagger-ui/#/AuditLog/findAuditLogEvents
Set new product parameters for customer
When verbally confirmed, activate the new products on behalf of customer. Not subject to the maker-checker process.
Upon activation, the sale is closed and logged (also posted to Kafka, for reporting purposes), along with the sales agent id, so it can be properly attributed.
Execution steps:
Upon clicking on sales page or particular up-sale opportunity, new page will open, where each product can be adjusted to the customer preferences (e.g. loan amount, repayment)
Upon verbal agreement, product will be activated with desired parameters on behalf of the customer
Sale will be logged in the audit log, along with the customer and sales agent id, so it can be properly attributed.

Acceptance criteria: Sales page with pre-approved personal loan parameters, that can be adjusted; Pre-approved Overdraft parameters, that can be adjusted. Adjusted product can be activated and this action will be logged, including sales agent id, so it can be properly attributed.
