Role: BOFE user (access matrix)
Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to see quick overview of customer personal information and products, so that I can address the customer needs better.
Reason: In order to help customer with inquiries, problems, and complaints, I need to see overall customer information, including personal details and any additional information that might help to assist the customer (from other available sources/systems) after a successful search or redirection from another system.
Functional requirements:
Dashboard page that will be the first page after successful customer search / redirect. Dashboard will have data tiles components to display information in concise manner. Upon click on the top header part with the chevron, the user should be redirected to view page, edit page, or modal can be displayed, based on the type of the information.
