SaFi Bank Space : Customer Subscription View

Role: BOFE user (access matrix)

Objective: As a BOFE user, I want to see customer subscription package details so I can help to pick the most suitable option.

Functional requirements: 

View

• Subscription section in Customer Profile page

• Preview of all subscription plans and pricing in modal view

  • Current subscription package and amount is highlighted

  • Overview of the current usage (compared to the current subscription plan) Show internally current usage of the subscription plan

• Date from when the current subscription package is valid

• Due date of subscription

Edit

• Waive Subscription Customer Subscription - waive

• Change Subscription Customer Subscription - change plan

• Freeze / Unfreeze subscription Subscription freeze/unfreeze

UI requirements:

• Subscription overview section in Customer Profile Page

• Subscription overview modal with listed plans, pricing and highlighted current subscription

• Subscription valid date, Subscription payment due-date

• Change subscription, waive fee buttons

• Freeze / Unfreeze subscription buttons
